    October 11, 2023 Weedmark **************** picked up my car and accepted a $20,000 deposit to start work on to get it back on the road with a goal of completion/return by March 17, 2024. As of today, June 14th, 2024 no work has been done on the car, I am paying for storage and Weedmark has not returned or answered any calls or follow up requests through various channels.At this point I am going to be picking up my vehicle and bringing it to a different shop that can and will do the work, however I do require that my deposit be returned. since my attempts at contacting ***** or any of his employees have gone ignored. Before I go to small claims and ask for additional compensation for lost interest, and punitive costs secured by a lien against his business, I would like to give him one last chance to be honest and return my deposit in full within the next 14 calendar days. attached please find our contract signed October 10th 2023, as well as a summary of actions, follow *** and conversations that I have had with the owner and employees of Weedmark since this began.
