    I was directed to this towing company after I got into a major accident, and Ive never in my life got into an accident so when the cops came and gave me the information, this towing company started pulling my car out of the ditch while my husband was still getting items out of the car. After I was talking to the cop, he proceeded to leave and didnt give me any information as to where my vehicle was going to be. When I called a gentleman to try and get some information he told me that I would have to pay some outrageous fee to get my vehicle because he towed it over 40 minutes away from my location and my accident was only about 5 to 8 minutes away from my house due to the fact that I didnt know what was going on and I didnt ever get into an accident before I ask the police for the reasoning why this man took my vehicle, and the police told me that he had no reason to so when I called the company and talk to the gentleman who owns the company I got a voice recording of him, saying that the cop told him to do this, when I called the cops, and they confirmed that he was lying. Due to the fact that Im going through a medical issue and a thoracic outlet syndrome and I have a neurological disease I havent had the extra amount of money that they were asking since it shouldve just been towed right around the corner for a small amount this vehicle that they took for me was over $7000 in parts and so I believe that this company fraud me and took the opportunity to take my vehicle so they can take parts from it. I am very upset with this company and Im walking to a lawyer and I will be making a public relations post about this

    On April 19th our company was called out to the scene of an accident by the **** We attended a motor vehicle rollover ( NOT a Simple towing as claimed by ******). As previously explained multiple times to ******, regardless of how far the accident was from her house, our towing base is not within 5 minutes. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to cover these fees when they have no insurance coverage. She was provided a detailed breakdown of the fees. The police call out, the mileage to scene and the rollover winching recovery of her truck. It is the norm for a vehicle involved in an accident to be brought to our storage facility. I am still awaiting to hear this recording as this is no surprise to police officers where vehicles normally go after an accident especially one of this extent. She claimed on the day of the accident she had coverage. Once she was advised she had none from her insurance company and that she would be responsible for fees she began posting negative & False reviews. That is also when she had an issue with the vehicle having been brought to our storage facility. To sympathize with her and the high emotions of the accident we advised we would not charge storage but that she IS still responsible for the initial fees as she would have been, had the vehicle been brought to her place that day. She has advised she has pursued legal counsel at this point we await communication from him or her and will no longer be encouraging her behavior and games ( with the harassing phone calls, the negative reviews she publishes through different accounts as well as threats.) 

    Her vehicle remains in our storage facility, with no attempts from Shylow or ***** to recuperate it. No payments made or attempts at that either.
