    I attended Transport Training Centres of Canada on June 26, 2023 in Oshawa; at which time I registered and paid in full $2495 for DZ driver training. After sending an etransfer to them, my financial institution blocked the transfer due to suspected fraud. I was subsequently contacted by someone named "****", who said he was in their accounting department and needed me to confirm payment with my bank. My bank card, and my account was frozen, to which I had to attend my nearest branch and rectify whatever issue they were having. Seems very suspicious in retrospect, seeing as I've sent 10's of thousands of dollars in transfers over the years. The training was to begin today July 10th, 2023. I've called several of their offices, no answer! Contacted a lady by the name of "*****" at their Belleville location, no answer! Called "****" back, no answer! I was contacted by ***** last week(July 3rd), and was supposed to receive a link for Zoom training starting today. I have not received the link. No-one is answering the phone, or email. My trust in this company's ability to provide the service they promised is nonexistent. At this point, they have NOT provided the service the said they would, and should reimburse me in full, immediately!
