    I did submit a claim against the city of Sudbury (City Claim - CSA Claim No. *******) and the city sent it to this company to process it. I was informed that the claim would have an answer in 10 weeks max.. Half a year is gone and no answer. The claim is related to a problem caused on my car caused by a pothole on a city's avenue. Days after my claim, the pothole was repaired and that means the city did recognize that there was a problem. I believe that this company is just a shield to make the time pass and people give up!

    The file is currently being considered for reimbursement.  I have spoke with the claimant regarding reimbursement.  

    The delay was that the City of Greater Sudbury was inundated with pothole claims in the spring with the weather we received.  They do their very best to provide our office with the maintenance records required to adjudicate the claim in a timely fashion.

    I was contacted by Canadian Shield Adjusters representative and it was told me the status of my claim.

    I'm rejecting for now, because I didn't receive the payment or order to repair. After I get my car repaired, I will be glad to close this claim.
