    Reg. # ******** Date of the move: Pick up in Ottawa, ON - November 24, 2021. Drop off in Levack, ON December 2, 2021. Hired Harris Movers to move household items from Ottawa to Levack. Three movers moved items from my apartment and storage room on November 24, 2021 into a transport. Items were held on the transport until delivery on December 2, 2021. Contacted Harris Movers by email on January 9, 2022 to advise that I recently noticed that I was missing a few items. The Harris movers representative forwarded my email to the owner and one other individual on January 10, 2022. Followed up with the company on January 29, 2022. Representative replied on January 31, 2022 to advise they did not have my missing items. Email sent July 31, 2022 to advise that I discovered a few more missing items and wanted to file a claim. Received a call from someone who identified himself as the new owner. Stated he would get back to me. No call back received. September 13, 2022, sent follow up email. Still no response received. No items were left at my apartment in Ottawa and this can be confirmed by a member of the condo rental office as they did an inspection walk-through after the movers left. I have tried to work with the company to have this situation resolved, unfortunately they have not been cooperative. A list of missing items, copies of emails, and more details can be provided if required.
