    Service master did work to my house do to a house fire. One it claimed to be done there was soot remaining all over the home. The sealer used in our home failed and the soot had bled threw. They failed and air and swab test. The application was also deemed as a failure. They cut corners and charged for work that did not occur. My family has been cut of from our insurance and we where left homeless. My dog passed in the fire and we still grieve the loss. The fact that my dog was in the fire and soot remains has been devastating for me and my family of 4. There is also some structural issues that have come in the picture as we started investigating there work. I removed some drywall and saw some failure through the home. This fire happened on dec 19 2022 service master told us it was to be ready on sep 17 2023. The smell of soot returned and the city has not granted us our occupancy to return home. We had to move from 2 different hotels and a total of 4 moves from sept 2023 to current. We had to find different dwellings and hotel charges ****** a month where paid by me to keep my family off the streets. There was also tampering done to my windows with caused the glass to fall out of its fame. I have emails from the window supplier with proves someone from service master deliberately did this. This could have been fatal to anyone around that window when it shattered to the ground. The city has told us to seek legal council as will not talk to us anymore. We also have missing electrical wires that where charged for but never installed. The house was all painted but once inspection went it was deemed as very poor and needs to be all repainted. The drywall has also failed in its installation and after 3 times of them coming back to fix it. It still has areas where the tape has bubbled and other issues. Sections of resilience Chanel with no screws and no screws where used with the corner beads. Areas of flooring was removed to find the concrete floor with soot remaining. .

    We have spoken with our insurers legal counsel regarding the statement from ******************, however as there is currently an on going litigation claim in process we would not want to jeopardize our position by commenting on the statement from ******************.
    ServiceMaster Restore of Sudbury would hope an attempt to resolve the litigation in a meaningful way would best serve all parties. Please advise if the Better Business Bureau requires anything further related to this matter.
