    I hired ********* ********* in June of 2020 to install an above ground pool. He did come as promised, and had some of his employee's install the pool last week of June 2020.
    I did notice that some of the areas were not level, as a single mom and woman i did question it and he told me it was normal.
    From Fall of 2020 to fall of 2022, I did hire ******** to close and open the pool. I am not knowledgable enough in that are and wanted to make sure it was done properly.
    In August of 2022, I did reach out to ******** to ask why certain parts of the pool were coming apart, again not knowing enough about installation of a pool I needed to ask for advice.
    ****** from ******** did come see the pool and said that it was coming apart and that the whole pool would need replacing, essentially would not be able to be used in summer of 2023.
    I then reached out to **** - the company who installed it, I did send him pictures on October 5th by text of the problem areas of the pool, his response was that it didn't look bad and that he was out of town for work and that he would contact me when he was back.
    October 18 I did email asking when he could meet, no response,
    October 21 , I texted him, no response.
    Sent text on Oct 25, Nov 2 and Nov 14 all with no response.

    I am looking to get this issue fixed. A 2 year year old pool, now almost 3 years old should not need replacing.

    If there is an email I can send pics to I will, I have them on my phone
