    I have ordered from them several times in the past. I have communicated that we did not receive our product last week, and have requested a refund several times to no final response. I'd like to now escalate, without other choice

    On Monday August 14 2023 I placed a grocery fruit order from this company in the amount of 27.93. The delivery date for London was Thursday of that week. My order did not arrive. I messaged them on ******** they read the message and did not respond. I waited the following day for my order and nothing. I emailed them twice inquiring about my order and no response. I posted a review on their ******** page and zero response. I checked the status of my order in my account and it claims " fullfilled" which it was not. I feel like I have been scammed.

    The order was accidentally delivered to the wrong address.

     

    We issued a full refund for the customer and offered her delivery this week of the same order free of charge.

     

    We are now waiting for her response.
