    * ***** ***** **** ** * ****** I purchased an ******* extended warranty and a ride green warranty for my new car purchase from Burlington ******* ************* *** ** ** ***** ** ** *** I was rear ended at a stop light and my car was written off. It was bad enough dealing with ********* Insurance **** ***** ********* ******* **** * **** ** *** **** ***** ***** ********** but trying to get my warranty money back has proven impossible. I owned the for 8 days. I was told I could get my money back but I had to jump through hoops to try and get it. To date I still don’t have it. Excuse after excuse this form is wrong or we need this document all of which was sent to the dealership. Sym-Tecs policy is a customer cannot send the info it must come from the dealership. ***** **** ********** ****** *** ********* **** ****** * ************ *** ************ **** * ****** ***** ****** ****** ***** ***** ** ******* * **** ****** ** ** *** ********** *** ** ******* *** * **** **** *** **** ** *** **** **** * ******* *** **** **** ****** **** ****** *** ******* **** ***** **** ********* *** ****** Weeks of phone calls and emails. Finally I was told a cheque had been cut but they would not tell me for how much and they sent it to ***** the guy who won’t call or text me back. I asked to speak to a manager at Sym-tec and was told someone will call you back. Never happened. This is my money and it needs to be returned. * ***** *** *** ***** ****** *** *** ** ** ******** *** **** ***** ******** *** **** ** *** **** ***** **** ** **** **** **** ** **** ** ***** I paid $2500 5yr 50,000 and 500 for Ride Green this is a lot of money to lose. The contract says it can be cancelled within 30 days. **** *** *** *** *** * ***** ******* ****** * ***** ** **** ** *** **** ** ********* ***** *** ********** *** ******* ******** ** **** ************** ********** ** **** I will never purchase an extended warranty again *** * **** *** ******** **** **** ***** *** ********* *** *****

    Called to tow my car at 10.40 PM, he asked me tons of question and waited until 1:50 AM but there was still no dispatch.. they keep telling me someone will be there soon and then when I called at 1;40 AM, lady said we are trying to find someone, it will take a little longer. After waiting for 2 hr and 15 min, they didn’t find anyone for me. I told them multiple times, **** * ** ******** *** I have to go home but no one heard and finally I had to call private and pay from my pocket to tow my car despite paying to my Insuarance for the same service. It seems like they are intentionally not sending anyone and just making money. * ***** **** **** ** **** * ***** **** ******* ** * ** ***** ** **** *** ****** ** ********* ********* ***** ********
