    * *** ******* ** ****** ******* ********** I asked for the cheapest membership at Fuzion fitness when I signed up for the first time. There was a 0 dollar initial fee membership available with $19.50 biweekly from them and they sold me the more expensive membership without me knowing it. I only went there for 1 month and by the end I lost over 200 dollars in a month and they refused to refund my money.

    This experience has truly been the worst. Broken promises and safety concerns, ******* ********** ****** ********** and a lack of professional response to complaints. The management’s handling of serious issues, including my safety and well-being, was deeply **********. I have been having issues since December that has been brought to Brian’s attention and nothing has been addressed since, Ashleigh the manager only found on March 9th she cancelled my membership and PT ***** ******* *** ********* **** ****** *** **** **** ** *** ** ********** I Wasted my time and money on a company that does not care about safety, lack respect *** ******* and poor customer service.
