    Contractor will not finish job. All that is left to be done is to finish baseboard in closet, paint and reinstall shelf in closet. Replace tile on other side of closet on bathroom wall (which I will supply). Fix the floor in living space (which he destroyed) with proper flooring which I will supply (at my own expense) even though he is the one that destroyed it. He is unwilling to come back and fix these issues even though I have paid upfront. I have given him many projects which have cost me thousands. Even though detail work was shoddy, I was willing to let it go just so he will finish outstanding items. Paint job is awful (have to hire another painter). Electrician he supplied was incompetent (still owes me money for that) but I got another electrician to fix issues at my own expense. Projects that should have taken a few weeks took months for he always blew me off because of other jobs that were more lucrative.     He has been paid in full. I have email transfer receipts if required.

    The other complaint was that he destroyed of my floor (which was not part of this project).Pictures were sent. He said he was going to send someone that he paid to fix it. Not done and he had been avoiding my calls ever since.
