    I have been led on for months to believe that this company is there to help individuals invest their money in number of ways to earn profits.
    I have been told this for months over the phone until one day I decided to try it myself.
    It was a terrible mistake, the moment I made the minimum deposit was the same moment my opinion no longer mattered , is was the moment all the nice phone calls have stopped and I was left in the dark only to lose a large sum of money.

    Hi 

    We have investigated the issue customer has raised ,however customer is not ready to talk over the phone and hung up on one of our senior representative we did try to explain the investigation findings and we are happy to refund partial amount on goodwill however customer is just not ready to listen to our investigation report, please find the email below sent to the customer post contacting as customer is not ready to have a dialogue with us .

    We are sorry to learn that you've raised a complaint with us and as per the SLA of 7 working days our audit team has investigated and submitted a report on this please find below the issue raised and the investigation done.


    Complaint: You informed us that you were given penny stocks however you asked for dividend stocks and due to that reason you would like a refund for the payment of $1500 paid by yourself on 27th Jan 2023.
    Complaint Date : 13th Feb 2023


    Investigation: As per the investigation we found that you never sent an email or informed the account manager about the dividend stocks till 30th Jan 2023 post which the account manager never gave you any penny stocks. Also, there was no communication gap from our side as we have checked our phone records and email exchanges between you and the account manager.


    Resolution : Please refer to our Refund Policy
    Refund Policy
    All subscriptions must be paid in full upfront prior to the start of the subscription period.We will cancel your subscription if you give us a written notice that you wish to cancel the service within 14 days of taking out your subscription.Post 14 days of signing up for our services, you will NOT be eligible to receive any refund.New subscribers to our services are eligible to receive a refund within 14 days of the enrollment date, this does NOT apply to past or existing members.

    Technically customer is not eligible for a refund as it was an upgradation of service and customer signed up with us last year and as per our refund policy it has passed the refund threshold. We would like to settle the customer concern however customer is not ready to have a dialogue and hence we want you help to make the customer understand that we are here to help and will go to any extent to satisfy our customers .

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I made payment on January 27, 2023 , I made it clear over the telephone
    the type of help I was interested in receiving. I was told on the
    telephone I would receive this help. A little time went by so I sent 3
    emails stating what I wanted ,seeing how the message I said over the
    telephone must not have been taken into consideration .
    I have not yet received any service from Prophecy Research first or last and I have
    paid them $1750.00 in total and they are telling me they won’t issue a
    refund because I didn’t ask for a refund within 14 days of subscribing.
    I feel like I should be entitled to a refund as I had not received the
    service I had paid for and they informed me I will not receive the help I
    desire or the refund , this was said to me in a disrespectful manner
    over the telephone .

    I have only paid HALF of the subscription. I
    was informed I can retain full services for $3000.00 and I can make
    that payment in two payments of $1500.00 , one month AFTER the first
    payment which was made on January 27, 2023.So this would lead me to believe that I WAS NOT SUBSCRIBED therefore the
    14 day period of being able to recieve a refund DOES NOT APPLY TO ME
    because you clearly stated that its for customers who have subscribed to
    your services , AND in order to be SUBSCRIBED to your services you
    would have to be PAID IN FULL UPFRONT PRIOR TO THE START OF THE
    SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
