**** ******* *** ******** ** ** ** * ***** *****. First, they insist on taking a credit card number and expiration date. They arrive earlier than expected and counted the hours waiting for me to respond to their text message telling me they arrived early (30 min). Two guys came for a clogged kitchen sink job. Before I call this company, I tried to clear the pipes and I managed to do that for the under-sink pipes including the P-Trap. When I put everything back together, the water was still accumulating and not drained. They used their auger (power snake) to go into the pipes going to the wall and they went long distance to clear the obstruction. They managed to do that but they damaged the P-Trap threads and said they have to replace it admitting their fault. They went down and came back with a new part and installed it. They put everything back together again and tested to discover water leak in the drain pipes they worked on under the sink. It took them a couple of trials to fix the leak by soldering until the leak stopped. They came without their flashlight and I lend them mine. They didn't want to write that the clog was in the pipes inside the walls (so that I can get back some of the expense from the Condo management) saying that the clog was inside my unit not outside. I obviously disagreed because I made sure that all pipes inside the unit are clear/clean. I didn't understand why they are doing this considering that they didn't even try to clear or clean the pipes inside the unit as they were perfectly fine. Then when I asked to talk to their boss, they talked to him first then handed me their phone to talk to him. He *** ********* **** *** didn't want to hear my side of the story. The put 2 hours estimate (even though it took them 1.5 hrs and a good part of this 1.5 hrs was spent fixing the problem they created). Worst ******* *** customer service ever. The technicians were polite but not truthful. *** ******** ******* ****** ***** **** ** **** **** ******

This company was recommended by the condo management but I don’t understand why. The job was to replace the kitchen sink (which we had to buy) in my mother’s condo. The old sink along with the existing tap (which was only a year old and we intended to re-use) had to be removed. The plumber cut the sprayer hose instead of using the quick connect which meant that we had to run out to purchase a new identical replacement tap ($213 cost to us). My husband had to cut the hole in the counter for the new sink which was a bit larger than the old sink because the plumber had not brought his saw. The total time to replace the sink was 5 hours. According to their price quotes it should have cost $600 ( $200 for the first hr and $50/half hour after). However the total cost on the bill was an outrageous $1100. This doesn’t include the cost of replacing the tap which was damaged by the plumber.
An email was sent to New Water Plumbing about this but we have not had any response.
To keep this short, I haven’t mentioned any of the other issues that occurred but it's safe to say that New Water Plumbing will never do work in my own home. I can't afford them any more than my mother can.
