    **** ******* The plumber, Lorenzo (has no last name OR hides it) was clueless. My drain got clogged. Started by asking me which machine I wanted him to use. "Do you want me to use the big one or the small one? the big one costs more" Told him that he was the plumber and he should have known which tool to use.
    To make long story short, he caused the drain pipe to collapse by using excessive power.
    Lucky enough for me (according to him), HE FOUND SOMEONE THAT WILL SHOW UP THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND WILL REPAIRE (REPLACE) THE CLOGGED PIPE FOR ONLY $7500.00
    YES FOR ONLY $7500.00
    REFUSED TO DISCLOSE HIS INSURANCE COMPANY !!!
    Sat at my table, ****** *** ***** ** *** ***** and demanded that I pay him $650.00 for doing nothing except damaging my drain.
    REFUSED TO LEAVE.
    Left only after I called the police.

    This man *** ***** located on ******** *** * in toronto ruined his plumbing and tried to blame his upstsirs ****** tenants **** ************* *** ***..
    we couldnt clear his drains because it was full of tree roots and neglected for years then didn't tell us other plumbers were there and they probably did not wanting to go down to his ****** basement i have video alot of it, i told him we dont dig floors which needed to be done and he would probably pay 4-7k to fix it...again not our work in this situation.... *** *** *** ***** ******** **** **** **** ** *** **** *** *** **** ** ***** **** * ******* **** ** **** ****** ** ** ** *** ********* **** *** ** **** * **** *** So didnt pay a simple 450 for 6 hours of work...! ** **** **** *** *** ****** ****** ******** ** **** ****** ******* **** ** **** *** **** **** * **** ** ****** ****** ****** ** **** ** ** ***** *** **** **** ***** ** ***** ****** **** **** **** ********* *********** ************** *** *** **** *** ******* ** ** ***** ***..wanna see your videos and hear our conversations with me...??? You have my contact info and still haven't payed ur bill from July... let me know when you wanna settle up!

    Lorenzo ** ** *********** ******* *** used excessive force and caused the drain pipe to collapse.

    He was sitting at my studio, FORCFULLY HITTING THE TABLE WITH HIS FIST, DEMANDING PAYMENT for work that WAS NOT PERFORMESD.
    I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE. REFUSED TO LEAVE AN INVOUCE, DEMANDED THAT I SIGN THAT I'M HAPPY WITH HIS WORK, REFUSED TO DISCLOSE HIS INSURANCE.
    My basement has NO mould, even if it had, how relevant it is to the quality of his work?
