    ** *** **** **** **** *********** I ordered flowers and it was delivered to the wrong address. When I emailed them and called them, they thought me that they delivered to the address on file; they did not even look into where the flowers were delivered to. I had to send countless emails and many phone calls before they believed me. When they did send the second flower delivery, they sent a happy birthday balloon and a card that said happy birthday. The flowers were supposed to be for a sick person. I emailed them asking why they did that; no one responded to my emails and when I called, they then told me that they had sent a apology flower. I did not ask for that but they send it. During all this time, they ignored all my emails. All I wanted was an apology which I did not get. This company does not reply to customers and you only get information once you keep calling. I asked on multiple occasions to speak to a manager but no manager ever called me back. All I wanted was to speak to someone. In the end, I wanted a full refund *** *** *** ****** * **** ******* (wrong flowers being delivered, no one believing me, the second shipment was wrong and all above, being ignored). ** *** **** **** ***** ** ** ******** ** *** *** **** **** ******** *** **** * ******* *** ***** ***** ******** ******* *** ***** ********** *** ****** ******* * ****** ** ******* *** **** *** ********* ** *** ******* ******** ******** ** * **** **** *******   Today they refused a full refund.

    I placed an online order for same day flower delivery June 30th. I received an email confirmation of the order and confirmed delivery date of June 30th. The item never shipped June 30th, and currently it is July 1st and still no email confirmation of the shipment. I called the morning of July 1st to follow up, and was told their system was down and why the delivery never took place, and why they were unable to call. I let them know I wanted to cancel the order. They said the item has already been arranged and is tracking. I said the recipient may not be home and would like to cancel. They said they would try the delivery again the next day if not received today. I clarified that based on what they are saying, I could not cancel, and they confirmed again with the item is "tracking". They could not confirm a delivery time and said it would be delivered by 9pm. I still have not received an email confirmation of shipment. I paid 143.48$ for an item that was not shipped on time or even the following day.

    I ordered flowers from them for a funeral. They called me the day of and told me they can not deliver before the service if I don’t pay extra and they will deliver it at 9pm. I refused to pay as I have already paid extra for weekend delivery.     ** * ***** **** **** ***** **** ****** * ****** In what world are these two arrangements the same thing? I sent an email conveying my disappointment for the 505$ arrangement I selected for my grandmothers funeral. The customer service department told me that I should essentially - deal with the selection that the florist made, rearrange it myself, and that they don't care about a dissatisfied customer. People make selections for arrangements based on personal preferences. Mine was based on my grandmothers preferences for her funeral and those weren't upheld in the arrangement that was delivered. **** *** * ************* ********** ** **** ** ******* ********* ***** ******** **** ***** **** ***** **** ******** ******** **** *** ***** *** ***** **** ***** **********  Additionally - I was told that if I ordered them for the 18th before noon but put in the instructions that it the funeral was taking place at 10:00 that they would deliver it a day beforehand so it was there in time for the funeral. It was in fact delivered at 10:40am AFTER THE FUNERAL HAD BEGUN. I emailed them multiple times regarding this issue and all they provided was an “I’m sorry” with no resolution. Nothing.

    Ordered flowers on Aug 15 to be delivered on Aug 16. Got an email and in small print it said if this is being delivered to a business please ensure it's opened. I called and paid extra to have these flowers delivered latest 5pm on aug 16. They had not been delivered. I was in office where they were to be delivered and nothing came. Speaking to customer service she said I had received a call which I hadn't, an email which I hadn't. And that there was an attempted drop off yet I was there until 6pm and she said he tried to dropped them off at 5:10. ******* **** ** ****** My office views the entrance of the building so I see everyone who walks by. I never saw an attempted delivered. I have paid close to $100 for flowers I did not receive. They are refusing to refund me.
