    I’ve been working with Zulma Real Estate for close to a year, and my experience has been quite positive. They offer highly personalized services and always maintain clear communication, which I appreciate as a property owner. Their tenant screening process is thorough, and they have helped place reliable tenants in my rental property. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and I particularly like that they offer 24/7 emergency services, ensuring my property is always in good hands.
    The only area for improvement would be their responsiveness during peak times; there has been a few delays in communication usually via email. That said, they manage fewer properties, so the attention to detail is top-notch. Overall, I feel confident that my property is well-managed and appreciate their ************ approach.
