    I simply don't buy extended warranties but some reason I did this time on my car. I'm extremely happy that I did. Not only has it saved me thousands in repair costs, the customer service is exceptional. I don't say that lightly. My latest issue occurred while on vacation in the States and they were extremely accommodating, kind and considerate. They made what could have been a nightmare, a relative pleasant experience. They supported me every step of the way. I'm so incredibly impressed. A special thank you to Walter, my claims adjuster! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
