    Well, first time in decades dealing with a vehicle issue through an outside warranty company other than the manufacturer. Both people including Scott B****** were courteous, to the point and wanted to make sure of the basic vehicle and issue information. A couple phone calls and an email exchange did that. So first dealing a pleasure. Vehicle issue approved for warranty covered repair.

    My experience has been horrible with Peoples Choice Warranty. It took almost 2 months to get a service approved and completed because of the lack of communication and resolution on parts. Additionally, when I sold my car and attempted to transfer the remaining warranty, they're not approving it because I wasn't able to get an oil change at the exact interval because I was dealing with cancer treatments. They don't care and are the WORST warranty company I have ever dealt with!! Find another warranty company that truly works for their customers because these guys don't!

    First and foremost, we are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the challenges you've faced, especially during such a difficult personal time. Upon reviewing your account, we found that we authorized three claims for your vehicle. The process for issuing a purchase order varied, with the longest taking approximately 2 hours and 25 minutes, and the quickest being around 3 minutes.
    We understand the importance of clear communication and timely service. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the maintenance requirements of your warranty. In an effort to accommodate your circumstances, we proposed an alternative solution that would allow us to proceed with the warranty transfer despite the missed oil change. We regret to hear that this solution was not acceptable to you at the time.
    Please know that our intention is always to support our customers as best we can, taking into account both the terms of our agreements and the unique situations our customers may face. We extend our sincerest apologies if our efforts fell short of your expectations.

    A Few days ago I left negative feed back due to a claim not being accepted. A Few days later, I received an answer that my claim would be reassessed due to further scrutiny. I am very please with the discussion i had with them in particular with the claims Adjuster Walter S**********. Finally, i had to admit that buying the ext warranty from People Choice was worthwhile and highly recommended.

    I have a platinum warranty from Peoples Choice*********.Scott was amazing checking my prior expenses for warranty coverage.He found the items and sent my claim over to the finance department for processing.This was all done within an hour.Very impressed

    Bought an ext warranty, had a claim for a an engine failure not related to the oil, but was refused because the oil had not been changed every 6 months or 10k and by a licence mech even though the manufactured recommend 16k.
    After consideration it is not worthwhile to buy that kind of warranty. Not recommended at all. I regret buying that warranty. Was not warn about all those requirement.

    Good day, I have reviewed your complaint including your claims on file, it appears you have had two claim with us the first one was approved without issue. 


    This most recent claim that you are referring to I have reviewed in detail. It has come to my attention that your vehicle is equipped with a timing belt not a chain as first believed by your claims adjudicator.  


    My apologies the tensioner failure repair should have been covered on your vehicle as engine oil has no influence on its performance. 


    Please forward me a copy of the invoice along with proof of payment for review.
