    I purchased a Peoples Choice warranty when I bought my RV. I had to use it once last year and I was so surprised how it was easy and the gentleman that assisted me was so patient and very easy to deal with. I sold my RV in recent weeks and I could transfer the rest of the warranty (3 years to the new owner). ******* ******* assisted me in doing so. She was very professional and patient also. I had to change the date of the final sale and she courteously made the changes needed without any problem. I will surely refer Peoples Choice to anybody that needs extra insurance for their vehicle. I really appreciated the exceptional service.

    I spoke to the 1st representative, who was able to answer certain questions. Than she said she will be able to get someone to call me back to answer the other questions in an hour.
    **** * than called me back in 5min and answered my other questions.

    PCW has always been amazing for me. I have had no major issues with them, and they always cover their portion of my repairs, according to the contract. I’ve had times where I had to call for explanations, and my inquiry was always handled professionally and promptly. I would absolutely continue to use their warranty products for all my vehicles.

    My two cents, I personally find that the cost of a extended warranty for unexpected repairs beyond a regular warranty, it's a valuable investment in my car.

    I bought my vehicle and warranty in 2019 and have made two claims since then. Both times, the claims were covered and I was re-emboursed. The second claim had a slight delay due to a valid explanation. The call centre agent and claims adjuster treated me with courtesy and respect. I have no complaints. Thank you.
