    Warranty for our dodge 2500 cummings. Had ****** as our claims adjuster explained everything. We arranged with our local small (great) garage. They stated ****** was amazing to deal with as well . Glad we got the warranty from peoples choices. .Everything is spelled out in agreement and they lived up to their end of the deal. Thanks again to ****** for making this process so seemless.

    From my sharing , PCW is a such good company to have warranty with.

    I have had my car for just over a year, didn’t even know I had extended warranty (totally forgot) and my warranty has been amazing! Covered an easy fix and also my air conditioner which I need! They have been so helpful and answer me with all questions and concerns I have! They work fast and are always very helpful!!

    Good day everyone,
    I normally do not have many good things to say about third-party warranties, but I wanted to take a moment to thank ****** ************ from People's Choice Warranty. Last July I bought a used ****** *******, unfortunately, after 6 months the transmission required replacement. After speaking with ****** is clearly explained the steps that I needed to take to get the car fix. ****** was very responsive and usually got back to me within the same day.
    Even though I wished that they would have covered more of the cost, ****** ensured that I got the most out of my warranty and explained why certain items were not covered.

    Warranty for my RV. Had issue with fridge. Walter my claims adjuster explained everything. We arranged with a mobile company to come out and fix. When they failed to show up after several attempts. Walter from People Choice was extremely helpful in solving the problem. We have our new fridge. Peoples Choice reimbursed. Great response from People's Choice. Glad we got the warranty from them.Everything is spelled out in agreement and they lived up to their end of the deal. Thanks again to Walter S********** for his help.

    Peoples Choice Warranty is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I purchased the Platinum coverage with my used vehicle and had the confidence I’d be covered if needed. Boy was I wrong. Not only did they not cover the damage that was included in my Platinum warranty but they gave me the run around for two months. I called every day for an update and could only get through to some random customer service agent who couldn’t answer a question. Then, when a claim adjuster finally returned my call, they said they would look into things and call back the next day.     The most recent claim was for broken Right Lower Ball joint.
    Fact is that you had similar claims paid for steering and suspension components in April 2016 and again in May 2017.
    Our claims adjuster sought information from the repair center and was provided with maintenance documents showing that you had been informed that the Ball joint was loose and needed to be replaced in September 2021 and you were reminded again on the repair order January 2022. Unfortunately, you did nothing. You could have made an additional warranty claim at that time for the repair but did not. When the Ball joint finally broke, almost a year later, there was resulting wheel and body damage to your vehicle. The Warranty contract requires the vehicle to be maintained. This is your responsibility. The Claim file remains open. At this time, we are waiting to receive a copy of your paid invoice. We anticipate adjusting the claim to pay for the repair of the broken ball joint. The resulting body damage to your vehicle as a result of you delaying the maintenance repair is not part of the warranty contract. Would you kindly provide the invoice for the repairs to your vehicle showing what work is completed, and paid for please?

    Update… People’s Choice saw my complaint, went over the details here regarding the complaint, and still haven’t responded personally about my claim. It’s been over 5 months… Thank you for the response People’s Choice. Thanks for proving to me and anyone who reads this complaint **** *** *** * ***** ** ********. In your response you just asked me for more details here, on a BBB complaint, instead of following up with me, your customer and platinum warranty holder DIRECTLY. I had to file a complaint with the BBB, to get the details that you and your claims adjuster should have provided me directly. You proved my point that I had to chase you down, always leading to dead ends with no response until I escalated further. Then, in an attempt to save your reputation, ***** ******* ** ******* ******* *********** **** ****** *** *** ***** ********** ** *** ****, you try to save face with this run around story of me not taking care of things blah blah blah. Pass the buck onto your customer like you’ve done countless times to other customers.
