    This company does not fulfill their contact with costumers.
    My contact was for an extended porch with a ramp due to not only my mobility issues but also my 80 year old mother. I sent them $5000 early April so that I could be one of their first spring jobs . I had also asked them about city permits and was told they where not needed for this project. I had to keep bugging them about even starting the job and they where very bad at communicating what was happening. Finally got them to start the job and ran into so many problems cause a city permit was required for this job. I worked with them to get around it and now they have poured the porch and 2 steps but of course no railing. It has now been 2 weeks and they have yet to send me samples of railings to choose from. I texted them again today and told them I was now contacting my lawyer. Finally got some railing samples sent to me to choose from.
    So hopefully getting those put on soon. But an issue is that I have requested receipts for money that they received and they have refused to send receipts until paid in full and they tried to bully me into paying in full before the job is even completed.
    They have been very nasty to me in several texts.
