In 2021 **** *********** operating under MPG Enterprise in Timmins performed some renovations at our home. The renovations included roofing on our home and garage, renovations to our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, stairs and floor covering. After numerous attempts to have his company complete the renovations he made numerous promises. The work has turned out to be very shoddy with the end result being a leaking overflow in our bathtub which was poorly corrected with silicone and has since started leaking again, poor ceramic tile installation, wall covering which has come loose from the wall and needs to be repaired or replaced, outlet pipe from bathroom vent is too low and needs to be raised, bathtub P trap incorrectly installed and needs to be replaced, loose roof tiles that need to be secured. Mr *********** hired amateur people and did not oversee the project. He made numerous promises to repair/fix the problems but always failed to show up and was finally asked to leave. A six week job was still not completed after six months. One of his employees came in May of 2022 to finish capping the stairs but other work still was not finished or rectified. He has supplied beer for his employees on the jobsite, taken personal items and given them to someone else, and has assaulted one of his employees on our property. I have also asked for insurance information but did not receive any as requested.
