    On Dec 30, 2022 at exactly 1:46 pm I called Cedar Meadows Resort to find out if they had any of the Chalets available to rent. I had just experienced a flood in my home and the Emergency clean up was making it impossible to stay at my home. I needed a place to stay for 2 to 4 nights with my 6lb senior Chihuahua dog. They said they had one available. I asked about bringing my doggie and she put me on hold and came back and informed me that, yes I could bring my dog. I explained that he is very small, house trained on a pee pad, and that he is always by side. They said it wasn’t a problem and had approval for him to stay there with me. At 1:51pm I received an email confirmation letter , *******, nightly room charge of 320.00 plus taxes. I stayed at the Chalet until Tuesday , Jan 3, 2023 at 730am when I left to go home for the CleanUp Crew. During my 4 day stay, I never had a maid service to my room. I cleaned it myself, and made my bed etc . Later that day I called to ask for my receipt as they had my credit card on file. When I received the invoice , I was charged the 320 plus taxes plus a 25.00 per night pet fee. When I questioned them they said , I remember mentioning it to you. They did not mention it, nor was it on my confirmation of charges prior to arriving. It was only added to my bill afterwards. I have asked for a resolution to this unjust charge, If this is a standard procedure for the resort then it should have been on my confirmation of the room charges prior to arriving, not after the fact. I am requesting assistance on a credit to my credit card for $100.00 plus taxes. They will not respond to my request. This is a fraudulent charge in my opinion, as I was not aware of it, nor did I authorize or accept it this charge on my credit card. Please help me to resolve this matter ****

    The customers was given a 100.00 credit once I was made aware of the incident.The manager was on holiday last week, returned this morning.Why no immediate response was given.As the owner I always respond within 24hr when I am made aware of the situation..No need for this to happen.
