    New snowmobile that blew up .I have 4 year warranty. They are not doing anything it's been 7 months. Other sales reps were trying to help but owner won't do anything.

    This item is being taken care of as we speak. We had back order parts from our vendor Arctic Cat since last winter. The last we were told by ACAT was the harness was not avail till Dec. When we were told this about 1 month ago we than went ahead and contacted management at ACAT to get this part pulled from the assembly line so we could make sure the customer had his snowmobile for this fall snow.

     

    We just received the Harness and the unit is being re-assembled as we speak. The customer should have the snowmobile back by the end of the week.

    This issue is 100% not the fault of Guiho Saw Sales and Marine Limited. This was a back order part problem from Arctic Cat who is the *** and the large partner in this situation. For some reason it always comes back to the little guy at the dealership who has no control of parts being back ordered. Parts on back orders since COVID has been a huge issue with many manufactures however it is getting better day by day.

    I hope this explains the situation. I can also mention that ***************** has been calm and understanding so not 100% sure why a complaint was sent to the BBB to start with. At the end of the day we are at the mercy of the parts suppliers.
