    I was looking for a driving school online in ******* for the ** training. I came across transport training centres of Canada in ******* I looked up online and it says they give training in Timmins and I call the online number and I talked with ***************************. I specifically asked *************** twice do they provide training in Timmins and she said yes and there was another lady ******** who send me an email that the training would be in ******* and then me and my friend paid the fees. So there was only two classes one for the air brake theory and other one hands on 6hrs of Training on the test day. We attended the theory class next day my friend did the written test at drive test Timmins and called them (********) afterwards so they can book the road. So on that time she told us the road test and training would be in *******. So he told me about this and I called ******** and email her that this is totally wrong you misinformed me and I want a refund she tells that someone will call me from their office. I didn't get any call or email. Now whenever I call her and ask for manager or supervisor or for their contact information or email address she denies to give me that. I contacted again today and same thing she says the system shows that they have contacted me two weeks ago. So I asked can you provide me specific answer that how or when they contacted and reply is I m assuming by email or phone. I have all the email conversations. I just want help I am not working for quite sometime now that was my last hope and money. I thought getting the licence would get me better paying job but these people trick you to get the money and that's the only thing they care about. I will forward all the emails to *********************************** Thank you! I hope I will get help.

    I have got the refund just this week on Friday but yes the service at transport training center is the worst.
