    **** ******* ** ********* I blew a fuse and called. The women told me it would be $50.00 + labor. The electrician arrived, flipped the breaker and then he said the women from the head office would call. She told me it was $500.00 for the 10 mins of work. I refused to pay. Argued for over half an hour with her, and finally laid $248.60, but she wanted the electrician to flip the breaker back, which I told her to go ahead and do. She then refused to give me a receipt, which I had to call back for 5 times, as she repeatedly hung up on me. ** **** ******

    When we called this company we told there was a 50$ service fee, the plumber reconnected a pipe under a large sink using existing parts and the service took less then 20 minutes to complete and the company sent an invoice for over 600$ and the plumber they sent was not even certified. When confronted about the charges the company proceeded to ****** **, calling over 10 times in as many minutes demanding payment. After requesting the certification number for the plumber the company agreed to a deduction on the invoice of over half.

    Ask for a quote up front!!! **** *** *** ***** ******** ****** ****** **** *** ******* *** *** ***** ***** **** ********* ************ I called them and spoke to the same woman and told her I was in need of an electrician because the outlets in my living room stop working. I also highlighted my concern about the price of the service. Instead of $60 for the electrician upfront fee it was for $50. She stated that the electrician would come and assess the problem and let me know what can be done and give a quote. The electrician came to my home and I brought up the quote again for fixing the issue because I am concerned about the price. The electrician stated that he would take a look and let me know. He went to my fuse box and started assessing the outlets that were not working. I stepped away for a few minutes and heard he was doing some things which I regret. He was actually doing work and avoided giving me a proper quote. **** ***** ********* he was there roughly under 30 mins. I eventually spoke to him and asked about the quote and how I would be able to pay. He then stated that someone would call me. It was the same woman I spoke to the day before who was just rambling on about the breakdown and asking me if I was ok with the service. They did cause my outlets to start working. This is not my argument for my compliant. A quote should have been given first instead of telling me afterwards when the work was completed behind my back and charge $691.20. **** ** ********** * *** *** ** ******** ****** *** *** ** ***** * **** * *** **** *** ***** ******** *** ** ******* *** *********** ** **** *** *** **** *** **** *** *** ***. The service he provided should of only been between $200 to $250. They never give you access to their head office.     ***** ****. Asked for a quote to install a dishwasher, the repairman said he could do it immediately and head office would deal with the price. I already had some quotes in the 200-250 range. He came back- with a PLUMBER to do the pipes (utterly unnecessary) and the machine was set up in about 30 minutes. For some bizarre reason, head office could not call me on my phone (!!!) so I spoke to a women on his phone - the bill was $770. I refused to pay, told them to pull it all apart and take their gear home. See you in small claims court. Then I started getting calls- ALWAYS A PRIVATE #!!!! The price went from 770 to 380 to 280. ** *** ** ******** **** **** *************

    Repair was limited, but it repaired the lack of electrical power. I believe the price was excessive, *** *** ***** ****** ** ** *** ****. The Electrician, who arrived to complete the repairs, operates his own website. The bill was $716.80. The Electrician was on the premises for less than an hour. ** **** ********* ** ******* ****** ** *********

Their Representative said the service fee is $60 to attend to the site and actual work charges plumber will provide. I asked on multiple occasions to give me an estimate, but each time they gave me no clear answer. Plumber came to my home worked 45mins and then they send me $760+tax bill. I asked them what is the breakdown and explanation for this charge.
