    Called Canada Appliance Repair for a dishwasher not working problem. Vlad said the problem was dishwasher door lock needs to be replaced. He said the part had to be ordered as he didn’t have one on hand. He quoted $89 for service call and $95 for part for a total of $240 installed. When I get the bill after dishwasher was fixed it now $378!! I enquire as to why so much difference from quote and was told to just pay the bill. Terrible customer service.

    I’ve worked with Taras for many years now. Back when he used to perform repairs himself and later when he expanded his team. It’s always the same high quality work. It’s a highly stressful experience for an appliance to break down. But he and his team have never disappointed me. His technician’s are always polite, knowledgeable and quick with their repairs. Recently our dryer failed and he and his team provided us with an estimate, excellent technician, and within a few days a nearly impossible part was sourced by them. Thanks again Taras, and his technician Vlad! Great guys to work with.

    I had an outstanding experience with Vlad. From the moment I called, their customer service was top-notch. They were able to schedule a repair appointment quickly, which I greatly appreciated.
    The technician, Vlad was incredibly professional. He diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and Washing Machine efficiently and explained everything clearly. The repair was completed swiftly.

    Washer died, called Canada Appliance Repair, got technician on the same day, new pump had to be ordered, quote from the Canada Appliance Repair was the best with the fastest delivery option. Once arrived, was replaced quickly and accurately. Washer works great again. Recommend

    I was looking for my gas stove to be repaired. Was searching for licensed and insured technician only, as my condo requires that.
    Called Canada Appliance Repair, dispatcher Vlad was able to provide me with proper documents.
    Technician Fazli did a great job and was able to diagnose it properly and fixed it. Oven is working well now. Thank you!

    I was calling many appliance repair companies because I needed urgent washer repair. My clothes got stuck inside the washer with the door closed. Canada Appliance Repair sent me a technician who was able to fix it same say. He did the diagnostic and a valve needed to be replaced. He went to the store to grab the part and came right back to complete the repair. Thank you for your urgent repair and prompt service! Highly recommend!
