    I have paid over 7000$ for a ppf installation and long term(12 years) warranty and service for my vehicle. It was a ******** installation with many flaws. I was promised they will be fixed with a service visit but even after a service visit and days of wait and waste of time as they took the car away for multiple days already(5 days taken away for installation and 2 days for service) the problems were not fixed. I moved away from the city and followed the only instructions of hand washing the car to avoid damage to ppf. One day while driving, my plate holder and the plate that the ppf installer installed has fallen off. After 2 years, I took it to a detailer for hand wash and they noticed more flaws and opening film around the car and advised me to reach out to ppf installer. I reached out to ppf installer ***** *******TFK Fine Detailing. He did not take my concerns or cleaners seriously, he assumed they are not professionals just by the location of their store. Brushed of my concerns, and I changed my ****** review from 5 stars to an honest review with 1 stars. *********** ** ****** ** ****** ******* ** ** **** *** ***** ********** *** While I kept my cool and tried to talk to him calmly; he kept on raising his voice and denying the service I have already paid for. He told me he will not service my car and denied me from what I already paid for, 12 years warranty on film, including replacing etc was the initial promise, I have emails of quotes/warranty details and screenshots of the dialogue between parties in sms. I am seeking an apolgy, refund of funds for me to pay another service provider for same service and warranty, and or transfer of warranty to another provider at the suppliers cost.
