Citi claimed I tried sending money to sanctioned country. ***** **** ******* ** ********** ** *** **** I requested cancellation on Aug/01/24. Tried contacting Citi multiple times. No luck, all I know from *** is that Citi has my $5.643.60CAD and they opened up an investigation* * ******** ********* ****** ** **** ** ********* ********* *** **** ** ******* *** *** **** ** ***** ***** ** ******* *********** * **** *** ******* ***** ******** ******* **** ** ******* ***** ********* ** ** ******* **** *** *** ******** ** ******* **** ******** *** I cant contact anyone from Citi wire department and they are not contacting me. Even people at ********** branch in *********** are willing to speak to someone from Citi but just dont know how. Our Citi branch is located at *** ***** ** ** ******* but I was told its just a corporate office there, not an actual bank branch. Branch *** used is located at *** ********* ** ** *** ****. It took me half of a day to get someone to answer the phone but they couldnt do anything. **** ******** **** ** ******** ****** ** ******* **** **** *********** ** ******* *** **** ** ******* ** ***** ******* *** ******* ** **** * ******* ******** *** ********* **** *****
