      TD Direct Investing has imposed restrictions upon my trading abilities on their online platforms. They claim the particular security has a CTO issued by the ****, and therefore they cannot allow me to purchase or sell those shares. The company is ****** ******** (****) and they are actively trading on the NASDAQ public markets. I feel I am being targeted as a retail investor and am being unfairly treated.
      TD Direct Investing charges a commission to provide these services to me and has now left me feeling helpless by taking away my autonomy with respect to my investments. A similar scenario some time ago left me with $60K CAD in losses, and now there is $11K USD in question. I either want TD to reinstate the full trading permissions immediately or liquidate and reimburse at a minimum the book cost I paid to acquire the shares thru their platform.

      Re Estate of ******* ****** ******* I have spent at least 40 hours on the phone and in person at the branch trying to get estate funds/stocks transferred from my late fathers account. I have started this process in January. When I call to complain I have to fill out another letter of direction for the entire account yet only partial funds are moved.. then I have to fill out another letter of direction etc. I have been more than patient.
