    I was treading very carefully with Relay to make sure it was an institution I could trust with my business accounts. I had a physical debit card and a virtual debit card. Late Saturday night I received an email that a transaction in my physical card had been declined in a state hundreds of miles away. This card has never been out of my possession nor have I added it to any online websites for transactions. There was no option to dispute the transaction, or anything that I would typically expect from a bank that wants to protect my business. Their canned email alerting me to the declined transaction puts the blame on the customer rather than paying attention to the fact my physical card puts me hundreds of miles from this card of which I am the sole owner. I froze and deactivated both the physical and the virtual cards. There was not even an apology for this happening nor was there any explanation as to what could have happened. Within two exchanges of emails with support it was easy to come to the decision that Relay is an unreliable institution for my business and I have closed my accounts

    Wow….even this response is a canned non response. There was no “extra mile”. Their being “in touch with the user” is not really a communication, apparently telling them their customer’s card information was stolen doesn’t even warrant an individual response, an apology, or even a second look at their systems to determine what the problem was. They gave me no answers as to how this happened and still no apology. Didn’t even ask for verification of any information and closed my accounts based on an email alone. Not secure in the least! ***** ***** ** **** ******* ** *** **** ** ******* **** *********

    I've used them for a year and now that I tried depositing a check they are now trying to close my account. ** *** **** **** a bank that already has all your documents and wants you to do it again and wants you to create vision and mission statements for no reason **** **** ** **** ***** *** ** *** **** *** **** **** **** **** ********* **** **** ** ** *** *****

    ** *** *** ***** ******* RELAY IS NOT A BANK!
    Relay sold me on using them for my business. I explained thoroughly what I needed and they told me that all of my business banking needs would be met by their accounts. When they began asking for information about my bank accounts I could easily see the RED FLAGS.
    I closed my short lived accounts and asked for my money back.
    SILL WAITING ON MY REFUND CHECKS AFTER 60 DAYS! !!

    Relay sold me on using them for my business. I explained thoroughly what I needed and they told me that all of my business banking needs would be met by their accounts. **** ****** **** ** *** ********** ************ ******* the opposite was true. I have called 10 times to customer service, only to wait 20-30 minutes on hold. WHEN someone answers, it sounds like **** **** *** *** ** *** ****** **** their kids and dogs in the background. This is a subpar, *********** "bank". In fact, they aren't a bank at all.

    *** ***** ******* ** **** **** THEY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON THEN SEND OUT A BAD CHECK WITH YOUR REMAINING BALANCE THAT CANT BE CASHED NO WHERE THEN BLOCK YOUR NUMBER FROM CALIING THEY PHONE!!! I GOT MY LAWYER ON THEM ILL BE SEEING THEM IN COURT

    * ***** *** ***** ** ***** ***** ** ***** ********** An ACH transfer was sent to us by another reputable bank two days ago and it was supposed to be in our account yesterday. Relay can't find where the ACH went, even though I have given them the trace ID number multiple times. They have been unwilling to assist us further and keep saying that their "backend team" is researching it. **** ** ***** ** *** ** *** ** ********* ** *** *** ***** **********
