    No one would get back to me a creditor that was covered under my Consumer Proposal started charging me interest for the debt that was supposed to be covered under the Consumer Proposal. I realized that something was really going wrong when I received a response by email from a Toronto, ON agent at 2:45 am.
    None of the agents I spoke with understood how the cra taxes worked and why my "taxes owing" needed to be corrected immediately...they were part of the debt included in my Consumer Proposal. Today I called and the phone lines no longer work

    * **** ******* ** **** ** **** **** **** *** ** ****** *** ******* ** *** **** * ******** *** *** ********* * ***** *** ******** I went to this company for help and was bounced around to so many people I never knew who my one go to person was. They took days sometimes weeks to respond to emails. Filed my taxes wrong and I got penalized for it. I felt lost through the whole process with them. A year and half later I still feel unsettled. Worst experience ever!
