      **** ***** ** * ******** ***** **** ****** The bicycle repair customer service person that I dealt with - Raymond - **** ** ** multiple times in an attempt to induce me to pay for unnecessary repairs. The owner or manager I don't know which, is Arif, and he backed up Raymond saying that I needed these unnecessary repairs without even looking at my bike. When I received the bill there were parts replaced that I didn't authorize and supposedly were carried out. These parts should have lasted 5000 km but had to be carried out again by a different bike shop within months. This suggested that Bike Depot did not even do the repair. Wheels sold to me broke down within a few months and were of poor quality despite the hefty price. I have receipts for 4 wheels purchased as new and not lasting one season. Bike Depot did not offer any reimbursement for warranty repairs. **** ***** ******* ***
