    2 business days refund never happened. I sent them all the requirements and did a follow up and they asked me again and again to resend. the 2business days refund getting pushed back and I got tired of give up of back and forth for a small amount. Our records show that we have not received the funds in question. We cannot return funds that we have no records of receiving. As a result you must contact your bank with the information provided in order for the bank to assist you.

    I was told that I would receive my refund in 2 business days. After 2 business days I contacted them and I was told that I should receive my refund by the end of that day. The following day of not receiving it I contacted them again and was told that I need to send a screenshot of the payment via email to them and someone will contact me. When I was contacted back I was told that I need to cancel my payment through the bank but my bank said that they can not do that because pay direct already received the money. Since I relayed that message to them no on has been replying back to my emails and when I go on live chat they keep referring me back to the email. Clearly paydirect is avoiding me and for someone reason doesnt want to send back my money ****** ** ** **** **** ** ***** *** *** *** ****** ** **** ** ****. I did nothing wrong but use your services and Paydirect is not holding up to their word of 1-2 business days. I just want my money back and will never use your services again

    Funds not placed into my account received email stating it failed and be returned to me within 1 to 2 business days s, it wasn't, chat in with an agent tells me again another one to two business days and once again it wasn't it has happened to me both times that I've tried to use the company here I am 14 days after the initial deposit and I still have not received my refund

    This company is NOT trustworthy. I’ve had several transactions where they have received the funds from my account, don’t direct the funds to the merchant and when trying to get the funds returned, they fail to return them. Just in the last week or so, I’ve lost close to $100 just in small transactions to this ********** company. Do not trust that when using PayDirect it’sa secure transaction. ** ****** *********

However if a payment is unsuccessful and we have received the funds the payment will be sent back to you. If we do not receive the payment in question we cannot return funds we have not received.     Which I’ve done. I send funds immediately after receiving the reference number that’s to be attached in the message section. Out of about half a dozen unsuccessful transactions, I’ve received two refunds. And that was after having to argue with your support reps. I’m still owed money as of today. Perhaps having more helpful reps would be beneficial. Or actually forwarding all payments to merchants right away, that would prevent even having to contact customer support reps at all

    I tried to send $1000 to ******* through this service. It was rejected for an unknown reason and now I am being told I have to wait 2 business days to get it back. I don't trust this service.
