    - Date of transaction: Nov 11, 2024 - Amount: ****** - ************************* shows estimate delivery date is Nov 19, 2024, I need the contact lenses in December, so I talked to them and they said it will be delay because of the *********** strike. They suggested me to reorder one and they will process the refund on the previous order once I receive and return it. I reordered on Nov 22, 2024 and received it. But it's been a month now and I haven't received the old order, they hold my money for a month and I talked to them again to ask for refund. They insisted not to process the refund until I return the package which won't arrive recently which means my money will get hold longer. - I want to get the money back since I haven't received the package yet. They should be able to proact on this because Canada Post notified the strike on Nov 12, and Clearly shipped my package on the same day using Canada post.

We are the sparkling water company Clearly Canadian and do NOT sell contact lenses whatsoever. Please cancel this complaint and find the correct company to submit to.     Ordered some energy drinks from clearly drank which I received a tracking number but when I attempted to track the package it shows up as a non working number on the tracking.

    Hello!

    Clearly Canadian does not have energy drinks. Do we know where this customer is stating they purchased them? If this is from ******, we fulfillment by ******, which means we send our products to ******, they receive orders and ship direct to consumers.Please reach out to ****** support for this issue and they will address it for you. We need more information in order to investigate this issue.
