    The business should complete all the oustanding works as soon as possible . The construction started on May 30 2022 and supposed to be done in Mar 15 2023 . But the completion date has been delayed since Mar 15 2023 ( 9 months )

    **** ** **** ****** ***** met with us on Feb 9th, 2022, to build her house by us. Also, she was asking for construction price. 
    Then she signed the contract with us as she showed full confidence on us.
    She paid signing payment on April 2022 and we started the construction on May 2022
    We requested to choose stone and brick color, but she took longer than expected. On Aug 24th, 2022, all windows & framing done, we were waiting for stone and brick selection. 
    On Nov 1, 2022, we asked for stucco to match the precast color, basement windows were yet to deliver.
    She was asking for a basement drain from Nov 2022, we informed her that we would do it last after water & sewerage connection, but she kept asking.
    On dec 2022, tiles quantity was given client to select the tiles, the kitchen design and vanities sizes have been given, client purchased the plumbing fixtures as well.
    On Jan 23, we were following up with her for Hardwood & kitchen *** **** *** ***** ******** 
    On Feb 10, the window trim guy was working, and 1 window insulation was not done properly, our trim guy finished the trim work, made them remove all the trims fixed the drywall again, and did the spray form again to all windows it was so much delay happened. but till she satisfied we did all the reworks.
    From Feb 13th she started complaining 
    Feb 26th, all trim work of interior doors done. 4 doors were back order as she added 2 doors later, that cause delay which nothing to do with us, but she thought we purposefully did not order.
    In Feb 27th, we asked for hardwood flooring again 
    In March first week, she started questioning, and she got fed up with our project manager. At the end we had to lay off the project manager
    On March 14th, water & sewerage connection as completed by city people, but she didn’t like it. Water connection went through the driveway as per plan cause there was a tree other side. She stopped the work till May 2023 and didn’t allow us to do any inside work until city reconnect the water & sewerage as how she wanted. 
    On Mar 28th she confirmed that the kitchen hardwood & hot water tank had been ordered.
     On May 20th the hardwood flooring was finally installed.
    She changed the lock box number for entry door and stop enter the house to finish the job. 


    This delay from the client from Jan 2023 we are at the edge of finishing the house client never corporate and gave us a hard time finishing the work.
    Still she hold our $250K and giving us hard not to pay these amount.

    The builder Albion never enrolled my new home with Tarion before construction in May 2022 so Tarion is working on it . I need to see why the builder Albion declared to you that I owed $250,000 . I was wrong .

    The owner **** is not allowing to finish the house, she locked the gate and took a way key, then how we can finish this house. It has been last 1 year. We couldn't complete the house on time due lack of her response, we couldn't enrol to ****** lack of her response to finish the house to get occupancy. We didn't handover the project, how she could take possession without letting us complete the house and do needful to get occupancy.

    Still we are willing to complete the project and do needful to get occupancy, it will just need another 15days if she allow to do that, despite of all her ********* *** lack of communication, we are still want to finish the job.

    *** *** ***** ** ********** ****** ******** ***** ****** We don't have any intention to go away, but need her supports rather lock down the main door.
