    I signed up for a 2-year IPTV plan with ModeIPTV for $145 CAD, lured by their promise of a “7-day money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied.” Well, I wasn’t satisfied — and despite requesting a refund within that window, I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop of ignored messages and empty replies for 11 days now.
    I've been asking for a refund every single day, and the only response I get is “Let me check” — then they disappear and never follow up. Their response time is over 12 hours, and they don’t have a phone number — just chat and ********, ***** *** **** ******** 
    This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t honor their own refund policy and clearly have no intention of doing the right thing. ***** **** ******* ** *** ******
