  Terrible product. I ordered a personalized jigsaw puzzle as a gift *** ** ******** **** ********. It was time sensitive because I had it shipped to my house in Toronto and I was going to *** * ******** **** and then ship it off to Ireland. I paid extra to get a prompt delivery. When it arrived this past Wednesday the condition of the packaging was so bad I had to repackage the puzzle pieces. The puzzle I ordered was a collage of 4 pictures. One of the pictures was a gorgeous profile picture of ** ******** beloved dog. They didn't crop the picture properly and ended up being a picture of the dog's forehead and the wall behind him. I immediately contacted CanvasChamps who offered me a "goodwill" token of $5 because of the damage to the condition of the packaging. I was insulted and promptly let them know it was an insulting offer. They then offered $10 with no mention of the improperly cropped picture. Again, I expressed I was not interested in their refund especially since I had paid $35 for shipping and handling. They then offered $20 or a reprint of the puzzle which will be a correct version of my original order. I said I would accept that if they then shipped it to ** ****** in Ireland by early March. I couldn't wait for their reply so yesterday I shipped the original puzzle to Ireland and promised to apologize for the picture of her dog. When I arrived home I had an email from CanvasChamps saying they can't ship to Ireland. I questioned why they couldn't as they appear to be a Canadian Company online. No reply. After further research I learned THEY ARE NOT A CANADIAN COMPANY. They are a Company based in India! I do not recommend them. There is no quality control. ***** ******

  ** ******** ********* *** ******* ** *********** Sizes are not as described, and prints are not only smaller, but crooked and uneven on the sides. You would never be able to hide this or frame them. They claim this is due to the prints being hand made. I understand that hand made items can vary a bit, but this is not the case. The website promises high quality prints, and the results are just the opposite. ** *** ******** **** *****

  ** ******* not a Canadian company and hard to get them to resolve issues. I ordered 21 metal prints and received 18. Out of the 18 many were damaged. Bent corners, blurry printing, they’re not all the same side 8x8. Edges are sharp and so are corners. Although, they said they were in Canada they are clearly not. Product came from India and the quality is horrendous. Regardless, I reached out explaining i needed 21 and if they could ship the other three plus four more to replace the most damaged ones .I explained I needed 21 of the exact thing otherwise I could not use the product. They never acknowledge my request. Told me to send pictures, I did of all of them. They then said they’d give me a refund for the the three missing and two others. I explained that I need 21 of the exact product so to send me the 7 or give me a refund as I cannot use the product at all. I said I’d happily return the 18 they sent so they can see what they look like and give me a refund. They still have not made it right after many, many emails. Finally just acknowledge saying they can’t ship 7 cause it’ll take long to manufacture and ship out. Really I think it’s because it’ll cost them too much to reship from India. Still waiting for them to make it right. ** *** ******** **** **** *******. Not Canadian, and won’t admit to their mistakes and make things right.
