    July 2022- took my **** to get fixed by this company
    September 2022- **** was given back broken and immediately called them to let them know it wasn’t fixed
    Paid $160 and they only took cash
    Brought it back the next day
    Over the past few months I check in regularly to find out if my **** has been fixed and he keeps telling me it is not fixed, someone else has it and he’s trying to get a refund and the ****
    When I brought it back in September the only thing wrong with it at that time was a severed wire, now he is telling me the **** is unfixable
    On Friday November 25, The owner made threats to me and told me via text message that I will not get back any money and he is still trying to get my **** back but isn’t rushing to get it back as he claims someone I know made comments about his children which wasn’t true
    He threatened to find the person and show up to their home
    Police were called on Friday night but nothing was done as he did not make threats directly to me

    He has made my **** not usable anymore and have lost out on a lot of money

    I have all messages saved in text to prove he has my **** and money and threats made
