    bad experience with a purchase of baby stroller.
    will not recommend or will ever purchase anything further. they promise one thing and do not honor.
    customer service very unfriendly and not willing to help the clients, specially this was my first time as a client.

    The situation is, we bought a ********* ****** crib on 18th November 2023 with a commit that the crib will arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. Our due date was 17th January 2024. So we were fine with that commit from the store manager. Fast forward to Jan start this year, as the 6 week timeline passed I started checking with the store on weekly basis, obviously with a concern that the baby can come anytime around the due date but we were assured that the crib will come in the current shipment or the next.
    Fast forward to 16th Jan, I again followed up with Deana, she mentioned that crib was missed to put on the trailer coming to store by the supplier but it is now on the trailer coming from california. Out of concern, I asked whether the store can give any compensation for me to buy the cheapest bassinet from ******* or any other store or if the store can give a crib/bassinet in the interim for us to use so atleast my baby can sleep and be safe (*** ******** ** ****) for the first few days until the crib arrive, but Deana was again wanted to sell a bassinet from the store with 10% discount. I was expecting full compensation for the product as I am not supposed to spend any money here if my crib would have arrived. We declined her offer respectfully.
    Now the commit from Deana was it would arrive Monday/Tuesday last week, as we did not get any call from the stores for pick up I started checking with the store, they said due to weather, it is subject to delay, my concern is only to get a FIRM ETA from the store as I can no longer see my baby suffer from cold having him floor-bedded from the last few days. But Deana is not making any extra efforts to call up the supplier and ask for a firm commit until my heated conversation with her yesterday for which I am still waiting to hear back from Deana on what supplier told her.

    Bought a crib it came super later weeks after i waoted the 6-8 weeks waiting time. They charged me extra for delivery. I also paid assembly to find out the crib is damaged. I called the store and she told me to talk to the manufacturer and they wont replace my crib. I try to talk to west coast office return but they took 0 responsibility and told me to deal with the manufacturer. It was a lot money *** *** ***** ******** ******* * **** **** *****
