    Few days ago I bought a t shirt at 40 CAD from Uniqlo from **** ******** mall, but it got shorter after 2 wash and it looks ugly on me. It was bad decision to buy t shirt from Uniqlo. I want my money back.

    Recently purchased an item online then after trying on the size is small so the Item got returned. After I learnt this business charge shipping fee $11.90 for each way so ended up with $23.80 shipping without buying an item.
    This is an unfair business practice I think the shipping fee should be shared by both parties. it's fine to charge for shipping one-way but both ways? In fact I do shipping items at work the corp shipping fee for the same item is about half. In considering of the online shopping nature. It's very unfair to consumers. I asked for one way refund but got nowhere.
