    Church street espresso on ****** ** in Toronto is overcharging customers by adding a mandatory 18% gratuity even at the cash register for takeout items with ZERO notice or disclosure verbally or on the paying terminal. When I called manager joseph June 26 2023 morning he *** ********* ****, said there was a poster by the cash *** ** ****** ***** ****** **** *** ** ********* *** ***** ****** *** and he said he wasn’t going to spend his whole day on this. When I said I’d be disputing the charge with my credit card company, he said go ahead and add a negative review online while you’re at it. ***** ***** * **** ** ******** ****** ******* ** ******** ******** * ******* **** ****** *** **** * ****** *** ***** * ******* ************ ******** ** **** ******** ******* *** ********** ** **** **** **** ***** **** ** ******* *** * **** *****
