    By far, the WORST experience I've ever had as a consumer/customer, and I'm a firm believer that "the customer is not always right". I pre-ordered an item in February, and when May rolled around with no sign of it or any info on an actual delivery date, I sent an email requesting to cancel my order. 4 of them actually, between May and July with zero response aside from the ******* *** unhelpful automated one. It wasn't until I opened a case with ****** that the owner responded with a contemptuous reply, basically insulting me for doing so and denying he had received any cancelation request aside from last one sent before I opened a case with ******. This degenerated into a series of hostile back and forths via e-mail (I'm not blameless in this, I'll admit) but aside from 5 or 6 bucks (some bs cancelation/restocking fee no doubt, but I'm not even gonna go there) I DID receive a refund. However, I'm 100% certain that had I not taken additional steps beyond emailing him I would not have gotten it, and he would have continued to ignore my email requests, as he's done to so many others. How this person actually operates a business that deals with the public is beyond me, as he takes zero responsibility for his incompetence, and instead verbally attacks the person who paid him for goods not received. *****.

    I placed an order in October of 2022. The order has had no updates. I have sent several messages asking to cancel the order and provide me with a refund. I have not received a response yet. I even sent a message stating that I would file a complaint with the better business bureau and still no response.
    I understand that this is a small shop and that they are struggling to keep up with demands and messages however it doesn't negate that as a customer I have tried my best to be patient and courteous about the lack of response.
    It is a shame because I like the notion of shopping at a small Canadian owned boutique shop but I won't order anything from this shop again that is listed as a pre order item.
    I have ordered items in the past that were not pre order and it was a smooth transaction.
    At this stage I would like them to reply and refund me so that I do not lose complete faith ** ***** ******* ** *** ***** *********

    Canned email and no delivery date when I placed a gift. Despite update requests I continue to receive only canned responses and no live person. I want a refund.
