VERYYYYYY untrustworthy. I paid for admissions and signed the contract, and I was told that I will be able to get my $100 back if I change my mind before classes start. However, it's been about 3 months now since I've been trying to get my money back and not a single soul has been replying to my email, picking up my phone, answering my voicemails, or anything!! My admissions advisor no longer works there at the company and the advisor that reached out to me in July, I asked her to refund my $100 and I never got a reply or a refund ever since then. Classes are about to start in one month now and I am afraid OSAP will start paying soon and I DO NOT WANT THIS. **** ***** **** * **** ****. I even emailed their manager 3 times and got no reply. I have emailed everyone I could, and no one has been replying to me. ***** *** *** **** ********

Our records indicate the applicant, ***** ********, applied for the Acting for Film, Television and The Theatre program and signed an enrolment agreement (EA) on June 9, 2022. On July 22, Enrolment Services received an email from Admissions that the student cancelled the application due to lost interest. The Application Fee of $100 is non-refundable, which is clearly stated in the EA that the applicant signed.
As a sign of good faith, the $100 refund was issued to the applicant on Sept. 28.
Lastly, Student Finance has checked the OSAP portal for 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, and we do not have an OSAP application for this student. We ask the applicant to check his records as he may have applied at a different institution.
We hope this settles this matter and wish Mr. ******** success in his future educational endeavors.
