I placed an order for compression socks for $55 USD. I was not happy with the quality. I requested an RMA. I was told (via email) that I could return the socks at my own expense ($24.50 USD). I was provided with a return location (address). I mailed the socks to that location on April 15. On June 17, the package was returned to me for "incomplete address." The address used for the shipment was 'exactly' the same as the one I was provided. I notified their customer service via email **********. Crickets -- no response.

I am requesting a full refund. For the inconvenience, I should be entitled to reimbursement for the postage.

I bought compression socks from this business and they did not fit. I want a refund and to send the socks back. This business will not send a postage label and not give a refund. The socks were mailed from the United States but they want you to mail the socks back to Canada which the postage costs as much as the socks. I would like a refund and a postage label.

I purchased socks for my husband. He is a quadriplegic and has used compression socks for 40+ years. I measured according to their website. The socks came but the foot portion of the sock did not stretch to my husband's size 13 foot. (This is the first time in 40+ years that the foot portion did not fit). I could not reach them after trying their phone number( goes unanswered) their website (no response) and email. They only contacted me AFTER I filed a dispute with my credit card. They told ******** that they would issue a refund after they got my socks back. They shipped from California, but I had to mail them back to Canada at a cost to me of $28.00. Then they refused the shipment and had it shipped back to me. ******** won't do anything about it because Compression Sock World says they never got them back. * ***** ** ** * ***** Now I am out $55.00 for the socks and $28.00 for shipping.
