    On 15 December 2023 2 claims for $18.09 and $17.00 were made against my debit card. I have no record nor can find any record of any transactions with this company. I have not requested any services nor received any invoice.

    Subject: Urgent Complaint – Unauthorized Account Closure and Withheld Funds by FreshBooks Despite Providing Necessary Information


    I am writing to report an issue with the company FreshBooks, which has caused considerable distress and financial hardship. Despite having no chargebacks on my account and providing all requested information, FreshBooks suddenly and unilaterally closed it without any prior warning or justification. As a result, they are currently withholding over $1500 of my hard-earned money.

    This situation has placed me in a difficult position, as I rely on these funds for my personal and professional needs. I have made multiple attempts to contact FreshBooks, seeking clarification and resolution, but their responses have been unsatisfactory and unhelpful. It is particularly frustrating since I ensured that all necessary information was provided to them in good faith.

    In light of their actions, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. My primary objectives are:

    1. To understand the reasoning behind the closure of my account, especially given that I provided all the required information.
    2. To secure the immediate release of my withheld funds ($1500).
