Nov 15th, 2022 This store was contracted to pick up packages from an auction, package them for shipment, and then ship to my address. After initial fee was paid, they would pick up from the auction, said packages were to be weighed then I would pay for shipping. I paid this store with credit card for initial pick up, then I was quoted shipping fees and I paid for them through my bank. The store owner had the packages shipped to different locations, and after multiple attempts to find out what was wrong, the store owner sent a picture saying they were delivered. After a couple emails and conversations I zoomed in on the packages and noticed the address was wrong and they were shipped to South Carolina and Sylvania, Ohio. I then emailed one of the companies the packages were sent to and store 421 telling them they had shipped to the wrong address. Store 421 owner told me to wait until all packages came back to them and they would send them to me but I would have to pay an additional fee of approximately $1,800 extra for all of the shipping. Now I have already paid $450.00 US for pick up, then I paid them $1,525.27 US for shipping. I have not received my packages, but I have been sent pictures of the boxes when they arrived back at their store 421. **** *** **** * ***** ******** ****** ** **** **** **** ****** *** ****** I have only asked for what I was quoted and what I paid for, but as of now I have neither one and it has cost me quite a bit more dealing with this and not being able to use these items.
