******* **** **** **** ************ I switched from ******* because Chase was recommended ** ** *** *******. Was using Chase without issue for 18 months then received a suspicious email saying "click this box to receive a message". Having received numerous spam emails that look just like this, I called their tech support to ask if this was a legit email. The tech agent told me it sounded suspicious and not to open it. Fast forward to a couple of months later and as of 12pm all of my processing shut down in all of my stores without warning. After calling into tech support I was notified that head office shut down my account due to an error made by their sales team on the original application. They told me there was no way to reinstate the account and a new one had to be made. 5 DAYS LATER I was finally up and running again with losses in excess of 10k for the inability to take payment. When escalating the case (which took two months of weekly phone calls) I was told that there was nothing they could do to correct my losses. I informed them that it was their sales agent (and their tech support agent) who made the mistakes that caused my losses. They said that they did not make any mistakes despite my emailing them proof of their mistake. IT IS LITERALLY IN WRITING! When I asked them to listen to the phone call (I provided date and time) of the tech support telling me to not open the suspicious email they told me that they had deleted it. When I asked them to send me a copy of the contract addendum that they said I had signed and was the source of the issue, they said they deleted it. **** ******* ****** *** *** *** **** ** **** ******** **** **** ** ***** ******* *** ** ****** ** **** ********* ** ***** *** ****************** **** *****

At one point 10 years ago I thought Chase was the service to have. Based on a recent experience they have no *********** anymore. Two cases later, 2 months gone by, 2 hours on hold and being told my case was assigned to someone on holidays, like whatever, changing my bank account and updating my addresses has been nothing short of a nightmare. If I had been expecting monies it would have been a serious problem. Fortunately I was just getting my online store back up and running after a brief hiatus so I wasn't expecting any monies yet. No matter it was quicker to ditch Chase and find another processor.
