    I signed up in Aug of 2019 and unfortunately paid the whole contract amount up front, as there was a discount applied. **** ***** ******** ** * ***** I was sent links to some potential ad copy/graphics, which didn't fulfill the artistic and technical aspects discussed and requested. The videographer wouldn't come out to shoot my video until he had been paid by the Signature Channel, as they owed him money. He did say that he was very concerned about what was going on with their offices. After several failed attempts to get something going I asked them to release me from my contract and refund my money, as nothing had been done. They refused and ignored the letter from my lawyer. During COVID the company actually cold-called me to sign up for their services. I couldn't believe it and said in response that "yes, I would love to hear from Julian so I can discuss the $2,451.00 they owe me. Of course I never received another call. **** *** **** **** **** ********
