    I had my driveway paved on May 9th 2023 by Drives By Us I signed an agreement contract with **** ***** **** ******* I payed 25000 to get it completed I have many issues with the job that was done I indicated some concerns about the bumpy blend lines and **** reassured me it will all be good in a few weeks, I now drive on it and I literally bounce on my car seat due to the aggressive blend bumps I also indicated that it appeared the stone was crumbling during paving , **** also reassured me it will be ok but it is not Since the job has been completed the edges are cracking aggressively and grass already growing through I also brought the concern of weeds and grass growing through and they said will put round up on the weeds and pick the rest and it will be fine I also have 2 locations that water is pooling on the driveway and not draining off **** and his supervisor was wanting the pay check before the job was done and I was hesitant on the items listed above and they kept reassuring it will be ok and call if any issues after I am a man of my word and feel they should be to , I paid for an unsatisfactory job and am hoping to get the job done as per our agreement and or my money back I called the company several times and finally got a return call from **** **** was not happy with me telling him I felt ghosted and he was not willing to tell me when someone could follow up with me Finally he agreed he would call me back the following week which has not happened I have called him or text him every day since with no return call , his voice mail box is full so text only now I have called the company every day in the last week asking to speak with a manger or owner of the company They will only take my message and won't give me or forward me to someone to speak to and they have yet returned my call I believe in a satisfied customer and I am not , I paid the money and want a good job in return I am looking forward to have any help and getting to a resolution Thanks
